Although we’re a title agency based in Cape Coral, Florida, we are licensed to serve the entire state of Florida. We have the capabilities and flexibility to perform mail-away and digital closings allowing you the convenience to sign where and when you need to. Our staff is well trained and experienced, and they will make the extra effort to ensure your closing proceeds as smoothly as possible.

Meet Robbin,
your Licensed Title Agent
Robbin Evanchyk was born in Topsham, Maine and raised in the Florida panhandle.
After moving to Atlanta, Georgia in 1989, Robbin began a career in the real estate title business. He apprenticed under the guidance of the attorney/owner of a top producing Atlanta real estate practice with four location in North Georgia. “It was this attorney’s philosophy to train his closing agents in all aspects of the title business. From title research, pre-closing, post-closing and policy generation, this method of training proved to be invaluable as a title agent.”
Robbin is a licensed title agent in the State of Florida and has been a resident of Cape Coral since 2006. In addition to 20 year’s experience in title practice, he spent 15 years in the hospitality industry. “The two fields are not dissimilar. If you always put the customer first, success will follow.”
Meet Angie,
your Office Manager
Angie brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting.
She assists in the development and implementation of office policies, procedures; manages and oversees the administration of policies, programs and practices within the office; she maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.
Angie has been a resident of Cape Coral since she moved from Corunna, IN in 2017.In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and two poodles.

your Administrative Assistant
Kayla Vandemark was born and raised here in Cape Coral, Florida. With a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and a natural ability to understand customer needs, Kayla is a great fit for us at Premiere Title Services.
She holds many goals and hopes to expand her professional network, learn from those above her, and become an expert.
In her spare time, she enjoys adventuring with her 2 French bulldogs, reading, and cooking.
